Overindulgence Tea

 

If you’re feeling as though you’ve overdone it a little, then this recipe may help to combat the bloated, yucky feeling that comes with it!

Ingredients

10 drops Wild Orange
2 drops Peppermint
5 drops Lemon
2 drops Ginger
3 drops Coriander
1 tbs Honey

Method

In a small bottle, combine all the oils together. Place the honey in a cup or mug and fill with hot water. Stir until the honey has dissolved and add 2 drops of the oil mixture. Mix well and sip slowly.

The Verdict

Sylvia says:

“Although it may seem like a lot of honey, it really isn’t too sweet. There is a strong smell of Coriander initially, but it doesn’t overwhelm the drink itself. It’s very soothing and definitely helps with the feeling of fullness! I think it would also help with nausea and tummy upsets”.
