Uses
Apply to bottoms of feet at bedtime to help wind down before going to sleep.
Add 2–3 drops into a warm bath with Epsom salts to create a relaxing, renewing experience.
Apply 2–3 drops to the back of the neck or on the heart for feelings of calmness and peace.
Directions for Use
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of choice.
Topical use: For massage, mix 5 drops with 10 ml carrier oil. For bath, mix 5 drops with 5 ml carrier oil. For perfuming, mix 1 drop to 10 drops carrier oil.

Rina’s favourite use of Serenity essential oil is at night - she places 4-6 drops in the Petal Diffuser in her bedroom about an hour before bed, and then closes the bedroom door. When she re-enters the bedroom, ready for bed, there is a relaxing and calming aroma around her that promotes a deep and restful sleep. Is dōTERRA Serenity the same as Lavender?
Serenity is known as the Restful Blend. It is an essential oil blend, which includes Lavender essential oil, as well as other single essential oils.

Is dōTERRA Serenity safe for cats and dogs?
We have diffused Serenity in the presence of cats and dogs and our experience has been that they love it! A friend of ours has reported to us that her dog sits as close to the diffuser as possible when she diffuses Serenity!
